咖哩雞Curry Chicken
材料(一):薑茸1湯匙、蒜茸1湯匙、蔥頭茸1湯匙、瘋柑葉碎1湯匙、香茅碎1湯匙、咖哩葉7至8片
Ingredients (1): 1 tbsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp minced garlic,
1 tbsp chopped shallot, 1 tbsp chopped kaffir lime leaves, 1 tbsp minced lemongrass, 7-8 pieces of curry leaves
材料(二):辣椒末適量、咖哩粉2湯匙、清水適量、雞肉500克(切塊,燙沸水)、
馬鈴薯4粒(切塊,炸熟)、椰漿適量
Material (2): appropriate amount of minced pepper,
2 tablespoons of curry powder, appropriate amount of water,
500 grams of chicken (cut into pieces, boiled in boiling water),
4 potatoes (cut into pieces, fried), appropriate amount of coconut milk
調味料:味精適量、鹽適量、糖適量、雞精粉適量

做法:
1. 熱油鍋,順序爆香薑茸、蒜茸、蔥頭碎、瘋柑葉碎、咖哩葉及香茅碎,炒勻;爾後加入辣椒末,拌勻。
