It’s here! The big list of all my most popular summer recipes! Below, I’m sharing the recipes that have been remade, loved, and shared the most over the years. Some have become true Half Baked Harvest summer classics, like my Tomato, Peach, and Burrata Salad, Garlic Butter Creamed Corn Chicken, and Nonnie’s Peach Dump. Others are newer favorites that have quickly earned their place on the list, like my Roasted Garlic Caprese Dip. It really is the ultimate collection of summer recipes!

Marinated Cherry Tomatoes with Burrata

Aside from our fall recipe roundup, this is always one of our most-viewed and most-saved posts of the year, and I look forward to putting it together every summer.

The peaches are sweet, the tomatoes are at their absolute best, the corn is everywhere, and dinner somehow feels just a little more relaxed, even when life isn’t. These are the recipes I find myself making on repeat every year, and they’re the same ones so many of you come back to all summer long.

Fall will be here before we know it. I’m already deep into planning recipes for the season ahead, which honestly feels way too early. But that’s just how this world works. Everything moves so fast, and before you know it, we’re onto the next season.

For now, though, it’s the height of summer. In my opinion, it’s the very best season for cooking, entertaining, and embracing everything that’s growing around us. The farmers markets are overflowing, gardens are bursting, and the produce couldn’t be more beautiful. And if you ask me, there should be absolutely no pumpkin talk until at least late September — or maybe even October!

Whether you’re planning a backyard dinner, heading to a cookout, or feeding your family on a busy weeknight, I hope you’ll find plenty of inspiration here. If you’re simply looking for something fresh to make with all the beautiful summer produce, you’re in the right place. There are so many recipes to cook before the season ends. If only summer lasted just one month longer!
